Community Action Team

The Community Action Team encourages, develops, and promotes community involvement and participation within the community planning process.
Members of the team support and assist community groups to help set up or enhance current projects. They also organise training and consultation events, communicate with partners and other agencies in order to activate a one-stop process and encourage good practice.

Another function of the team is to promote external funding opportunities and offer community groups assistance when applying for funds.
