The Paisley Partnership Regeneration Company (PPRC)

Based in Ferguslie Park in Paisley, we provide support to Renfrewshire’s Community Planning Partnership (RCPP) in its task of regenerating the most disadvantaged areas of Renfrewshire. We assist in the distribution of the Scottish Executive’s Community Regeneration Fund allocation for Renfrewshire and administer the small grants Community Action Fund. These funds are distributed to projects and initiatives that meet with the Community Planning Partnership's aim of tackling social exclusion in Renfrewshire’s most disadvantaged areas.

We support the distribution of funding that meets with one of the Scottish Executive’s five national priorities for community regeneration, these are:
Building strong, safe and attractive communities
      Getting people back into work
      Improving health
      Raising educational attainment
      Engaging young people

We play a key role in supporting organisations that make up Renfrewshire’s Community Planning Partnership (RCPP). RCPP is committed to driving the Community Plan, A Pattern for Partnership 2000-2010, forward. The Community Plan outlines how partners will work together to achieve a range of shared objectives and targets.

The Community Plan is available here in PDF format.
